First find Farouk and then ........
After u come back to him, theres 3 available quest from 3 different npc
Piellanshar - Ballon wing
Tierre - Black Wing
Tasartia - White Wing ( I suppose so)
Additional note: u can only choose 1 of it
I suggest you choose the white wings... but, its up to you...
